Refund policy

Defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at soaksupplybrand@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. You will not need to ship anything back for a defect claim.

Change of mind

If you want to return an unused item in its original condition, reach out within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a refund is issued once the item is received back in resellable condition.

What we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons, gloves and booties that have been worn in water cannot be returned unless they are defective. Defect claims are always honored regardless of use.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within five business days.
