Shipping policy

Shipping
We ship every order free, anywhere in the United States.

How your order ships
Each component of The Frost Kit ships direct from the maker that builds it best, so a Frost Kit order arrives as three separate packages. Single component orders ship on their own.

Delivery window
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive within 6 to 13 days of purchase. Because components ship separately, they may not arrive on the same day. This is normal.

Tracking
You will receive tracking by email for each package as it ships, so expect more than one tracking notice on a Frost Kit order.

Questions
If something has not arrived inside the delivery window, email soaksupplybrand@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
